A review through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Safety examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five with the UAE and three from Turkey. It discovered that all eight samples were regarded as "defective". Five on the products and solutions sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which is not permitted in goods labelled "c
